TASK 1.

Attend student fairs.

In order to attract students’ attention we decide to use five stands with the same information but different from each other, by using an advertisement that says: WANT TO WORK? YOU WILL FIND ONE HERE AND YOU DON’T EVEN HAVE TO LEAVE SCHOOL…!!! COME AND CHECK …!!!.

When they read this, they will be interested not only in the job, but also in the “DON’T EVEN HAVE TO LEAVE SCHOOL” part, so, when they come to us to ask information we will give them their first check. If they keep asking about the job and they seem rather interested we will sign the check so they can go to the bank and take out their money. Obviously we will encourage them to sign up the contract first. But before they sign it up we will tell them what is the job about and what are our expectations if hired them.

When students are very interested in taking the job we will place them in certain situations where they have to dicide what to do or not to do according to our strategy of sales. If they take the job in that very moment we will give them the Sales Manager position, so they feel rather important and to encourage them to work for us.

Finally when we have selected 50 people out of the entire school we will trained them and send them to a one week practice at a different university, if they succed and cover our expectations we will defenetely hire them as Insider-Sales Manager.

Hello, I'm really pleased you have already created your blog. This will provide the opportunity to share experiences and knowledge. The limit is up to you.

As a task to evaluate for your first partial grade I'd like you to visit the "power givers" site Please include comments in your blog about a particular power giver personality you choose (only 5 to 8 sentences).

I congratulate you once more for finding a way to practice your English and have fun.

Love, Your teacher Isabel Barbera
