Dear Sir or Madam,
As is our duty, we are here to you to be clear about Ms. Jane Buxton’s problem. And so it is yours and ours concerned to satisfy customers complaints, Ms. Jane Buxton in fact made a terrible mistake to not changing the locks of her house, and car. Therefore the theft of her car and as you settles on the contract, the plaintiff should do everything on his/her hands to avoid any damage to his/her property. And so, Ms. Jane did not make any of those things, the case on you.
To sum this up, we support you to not settle the claim. And to send a letter to Ms. Jane Buxton in order to clarify your duty as Insurance Company (incliding a copy of the clauses contract), and to be clear about that it is not your concerned as insurance company if she did not noticed the clauses on the contract and that she was supposed to do anything on her hands to avoid this situation, such as changing the locks, and to advise her to change them otherwise, thieves will break into her houese too.
